Sitting in the stands and seeing the lower bowl nearly full versus Florida and UGA was really gratifying. Dawn and these ladies have long deserved it. Another 2,500+ gain in average attendance next year is probably too much to hope for but hopefully carry over from this season will bring in crowd average into the 8,000s. Is women's basketball starting to gain a foothold in Gamecock Nation as college baseball has? With this continued success I certainly hope so.

we should have done the drive for 5 a long time ago. That campaign really motivated our fans to come out and support their gamecocks!
