Starting a new thread as this will hopefully be the "official" thread of the tournament - got set up with espn.com and here are the details - lmk if there's any issues:

Also, does anyone know why ESPN is counting 10 points per win? It seems like the scoring is the same as the standard (1-2-4-8-16-32), but it's 10-20-40-80-160-320. I just don't see the point of just making everything 10x bigger (behave!)

It doesn't really matter as long as the ratios are the same.
